Placing an Order

Shipping and Local Pickup

Every order is prepared with the utmost care.

Depending on the options available at the time of purchase, you may choose either local pickup in Elne or shipment to the address provided during checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting it carefully. If a product arrives damaged, broken, or if there has been a packing error, please contact us within 48 hours, including photographs whenever possible, so that we can provide the most appropriate solution.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with applicable regulations, certain products cannot be returned, particularly cosmetics or products whose protective seal or packaging has been opened.

Returns and Complaints
