By placing an order on our store, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Their purpose is to inform you clearly about the process of your purchase, from ordering to receiving your products.

Our products
We carefully select each product offered in our store to provide you with quality items.
Each product sheet presents the essential characteristics of the item. The photographs are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in color, presentation, or packaging may exist.
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. If an item becomes exceptionally unavailable after your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund or, if you wish, an equivalent product.
Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€).
Jolis Instants benefits from a VAT exemption. The prices displayed are therefore net of VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Any shipping costs are indicated before your order is confirmed.
The price applied is always the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation.
Placing an order
Add the items of your choice to your cart, check your order, then proceed to payment.
Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
In certain exceptional situations (obvious error, suspicion of fraud, payment incident, or product unavailability), Jolis Instants reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. You will be informed as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is made exclusively via the secure payment methods offered on the store (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other available method).
Payments are secure, and Jolis Instants never has access to your banking data.
Delivery and collection
Each order is prepared with care.
Depending on the services offered at the time of your purchase, you can choose collection in Elne or shipping to the address indicated during your order.
Upon receipt of your order, we invite you to check its condition. In case of a damaged, broken product or a preparation error, contact us within 48 hours, attaching some photographs, so that we can offer you the most suitable solution.
Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Products must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned items.
Products that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with regulations, certain products, particularly cosmetics or items whose protective packaging has been opened, cannot be returned.
Returns and complaints
If your order does not meet your expectations or if a product arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, specifying your order number, a description of the problem, and, if possible, some photographs.
Each request is carefully reviewed to offer an exchange, replacement, or refund when justified.
